1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the bos777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bos777 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Users who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Residency and Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Users.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bos777 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a Restricted Jurisdiction: You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction prior to registration.
• Not a bos777 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the bos777 operating company and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full range of bos777 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and game play, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. 3.4 Account Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Changes to your registered bank account or withdrawal method must be notified to our support team and may require additional KYC verification before the new payment details are approved.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bos777 is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals, in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and our platform's licensing obligations. The following documents and procedures apply:

4.1 Required Documents

• Primary ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card). The KTP must be valid and not expired.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction. Requests exceeding this threshold may be split across multiple transfers or reviewed by our finance team before processing.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your bos777 account in real time upon confirmation of receipt from your bank. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes of the transfer being completed, you must contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt (bukti transfer) as proof of payment. bos777 accepts no liability for delays caused by the User's own bank's processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (09:00–21:00 WIB) are typically completed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. bos777 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with historical account activity, or flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

5.5 Same-Name Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the exact same name as the bos777 account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party bank account will result in the request being declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

5.6 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the bos777 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bos777 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

7 Gameplay Rules

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by bos777

bos777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC, or any other conduct that bos777 determines, in its sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform or its users. In such cases, bos777 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your bos777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts with outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will have those bonus funds removed upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. 15 Amendments
